BAMAWM Extension Fire Brigade needs your help.

BAMAWM Extension Fire Brigade needs your help.

They are inviting the community to a car boot sale and family fun day to help raise money to extend the fire station and buy a light tanker.

There will be something to keep the whole family entertained, with showbags, a fire truck display, Parks Victoria display, a visit from Captain Koala, Leigh’s Reptiles display, jumping castle and much more.

There will also be a variety of items for sale in the car boot sale, including camping gear, firewood and plants to name a few.

Brigade member Casey Dobson said the day would be family oriented with lots of activities to keep the children entertained.

“The brigade does a lot to support the community so it would be great to get people behind us to raise some money,” she said.

“We have 60 local faces who always lend a hand in our growing community and beyond, so I encourage everyone to come along to have a fun day out and help the brigade.”

Car boot sites are $20 but need to be booked by April 18. Hot food and drinks will also be available, along with free tea and coffee.

It’s all happening on April 22 at the Echuca Gun Club, 205 Echuca-Mitiamo Rd from 9am to 2pm.

For more information or to book a spot for the boot sale, contact Casey on 0447 114 799, Sue on 0428 877 382 or Deb on 0422 382 668.
